Karen Wingrove

Karen Wingrove has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1998. While establishing her general practice in the Danforth area, she worked part time in a sports medicine clinic, gaining valuable experiences with chronic and acute injuries. She has also been affiliated with Bridgepoint Hospital for over 14 years, working with inpatients in the neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation units. Karen is very dedicated to her profession and clients. Providing the best care possible. Besides massage therapy Karen enjoys kayaking, yoga and spending time with family and friends. She is an avid soup maker and is always glad to share her recipes. Most recently Karen has completed courses in advanced myofacial release techniques and neuroproprioception taping.





Denise Raincourt

Denise Rancourt

Denise has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2004. Her aim is to help individuals work toward body awareness through both therapeutic and relaxation massage, assisting clients on their paths toward overall health and wellness. She is committed to remaining current in her practice through continuing education and adopting new techniques. Denise is certified in aromatherapy and has studied pre and post natal massage as well as deep tissue sports massage.In her spare time, Denise enjoys playing with her kids and spending time in the garden and the kitchen.





James Brown

A graduate of Sutherland-Chan in 1992, James incorporates CranioSacral techniques, Reiki and deep tissue therapy into his treatments as required. His interests are fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and stress reduction, however everyone is welcome as a client. In his free time, James sings in a choir, and is an amateur photographer. James has a scent-free policy, so please refrain from wearing scented products to your appointment. LGBTQ positive space.
